This 50-year-old lady came with numbness of left side of face, difficulty in chewing and headache. MRI brain showed a large trigeminal schwannoma involving left middle cranial fossa, cavernous sinus, sella, cerebellopontine angle and infratemporal fossa. She underwent operation. We did a subtemporal transzygomatic approach (approach by removing a part of skull and cheek bone). We did a complete resection. Postoperative MRI looked excellent with no residual tumor.
This 50-year-old gentleman presented with dimness of vision in left eye, headache. MRI brain showed a large left sphenocavernous meningioma encasing internal carotid, middle cerebral and anterior cerebral artery. We did a left fronto-temporal craniotomy and orbital osteotomy and complete resection of tumor. Postoperative MRI showed no residual tumor.
A 60-year-old gentleman came with left sided weakness and severe headache. MRI scan showed a large tumor in the tentorium cerebella. He was operated. He was completely cured.
